- HACCP (Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points) is already in full swing in other industries, this will be in effect sooner than later.

Grease carrying lines
- All lines carrying food waste will block up depending on 2 things; 1. Usage of store, 2. Maintenance of the pipes.
- High pressure steam jetting melts and breaks hazardous waste down.
- Any solid objects will also be removed
- High pressure steam jets will not harm the pipes. HOWEVER rods and steel pipes can – this can cause pipes to break within the walls, between concrete floors etc… NIGHTMARE to clean up and fix.
Disposal of waste
Universal Hygiene Services disposes of all grease trap waste legally according to the City of Cape Town SOPEH 01/2016 at a recycling plant avoiding toxic waste from being dumped in a landfill.
